2. Service Agreements
When you request or schedule Services through our Site, phone, or email, you are entering a service agreement with The Clean Canvas Company. The agreement includes details such as service type, location, pricing, date, and any special instructions you provide.
All service bookings are subject to acceptance and confirmation by The Clean Canvas Company.
3. Pricing & Payments
Service fees are based on the type of cleaning you select and your property details. Prices may be updated from time to time.
You agree to pay all charges at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred. Payment is due according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking. We may require deposits or advance payments for certain services.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. The Clean Canvas Company does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule appointments in accordance with our cancellation policy, which is provided at the time of booking.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made within a specified time window may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Site Content
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and service information — is the property of The Clean Canvas Company or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
